The Swedish-American Line´s Emigrant Tour
Join Captain John Nordlander as he guides you on the emigrant tour, which takes you through time and history in "Ljuder socken" (Ljuder county), famous from the film "The Emigrants to America" written by the Swedish author Vilhelm Moberg. Hear the captain share about Swedish emigrants who left their homeland in search for a better life, and learn about the dangerous journey over the Atlantic and of the Swedish-American Line (established in 1915).
